@schriss: why don't you use html as tutorial format? there is an export function in winword (maybe it will need some manual image size adjustions)
btw my nickname is just picard, but it was not available on this site smile.gif

Signing takes few seconds actually, after you do it 2-3 times smile.gif
And yes, there is a difference! Duke Nukem 3D is playable after signed, with wrapper it isn't.
BetaPlayer is MUCH faster, 147% when signed, around 110% with wrapper.
See my post on first page for benchmark results.

Quake and Yeti3D didn't work for me with the wrapper.

On the other hand, Eclipse: First Wave was very playable with wrapper, so your choice biggrin.gif

@Zim: i didn't tested with the final wrapper, but i think there will no speed penalty when you leave the wrapper installed and use a signed game. the wrapper will not load in this case ( @schriss could you test this? the final wrapper is different from the one a sent you last time ) so you can leave the wrapper installed, even when you sign you favourite games

Zim:
If you have the wrapper installed, you do not need to uninstall it. If your game is unsigned it will use wrapper, but will be a little slower. If not playable or doesn't work, then sign the game and it will automatically use original gx.dll.
I just tested that with Duke Nukem 3D. I have wrapper installed and exe is signed and game is playable as without wrapper (with signing only).

ZIM: sign DLL, as I wrote in the tutorial biggrin.gif
Sometimes you have to sign EXE and DLL files as well.
Yeti3D WORKS, and is impressive!!

You guys are great!
Now this phone is REALLY the best smartphone on the market! (mpx220 is not yet out smile.gif)

I can run many games I didn't before but there are some issues i can't resolve.
I downloaded betaplayer 0.04, removed the old 003, installed the new version, signed the exe file and the phone says it cannot run the program because it is NOT signed!?
So I tried to sign all the dlls in betaplayer directory but nothing changes.

I get the same problem with Motocross Stunt Racer.

Any idea?

BTW, my phone IS unlocked...

Bladerun: ALWAYS remove any gx.dll you find in the game/app directory biggrin.gif

Check this out... biggrin.gif

Lets hope Mitac notices that something is really wrong with Mio8390 and will deliver an update... It's still the greatest phone I ever had! biggrin.gif

LOL! Excellent....for once it sucks to be Mitac instead of it's customers. If they ever fix the rest of the bugs in the phone, it'll be first rate. It's the best phone I've ever had, too...ironic that it comes from one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.

BTW, is it me or has justmio.com disappeared along with their credibility? I haven't been able to get to it for some time.

I've updated my easy signature kit, and made it public to celebrate biggrin.gif

it's a very old tool (since the first Signature Wars for the veterans biggrin.gif) but still handy

Download it here http://arisme.free.fr/hacks/binaries/SPVProv11US.zip
