Description:
TodayAgenda displays appointments and tasks on your today screen up to 30 days in advance. It replaces the default Outlook plugin with a lot of more features.



Functions:
- View appointments (including location) up to 30 days in advance.
- View tasks (include status) up to 30 days in advance.
- View current day and time.
- Open tasks and appointments from your today screen.
- "Complete" tasks via context menu on your today screen.
- Create new appointments and tasks via context menu on your today screen.
- Delete appointments and tasks.
- Open calendar and task list (tap and tap'n'hold on the TodayAgenda icon).
- Anniversary function: for all day, free, yearly appointments without end date the years since the beginning are displayed.

Display:
- Single line or word wrap for appointments and tasks.
- Past appointments are striked out.
- Plugin height can be configured (fixed, automatic).
- You can scroll through the list with the d-pad or by using the scroll bar.
- "Compact Mode", to display even more appointments and tasks.
- You can configure colors and fonts of the displayed items.

Filter functions (elements you can show/hide):
- Empty days.
- Daily appointments.
- All day appointments.
- Multi day appointments.
- Past appointments.
- Tasks without start/due date.

TodayAgenda is great - a really good freeware alternative to Spb Diary, with almost all the options the latter has!

Haven't being trying it long enough to comment on the stability, but so far the only (very minor) issue is that it takes a few seconds to get the calendar data onto the screen when first loaded.

This little application depends on windows mobile memory management and tries to free up as much memory as possible.

NOTES:

* Tested on Dell Axim x51v and qtek 9100
* Save any open documents before running
* Requires .NET Compact Framework 2.0
* Avoid Running Repeatedly as performance can be degraded

Installation: Just unzip the *.exe, transfer it to your pocket pc and run.

Today PlugIn Uninstaller



How Today Plugin Uninstallation works

* Today Plugin DLLs are loaded during the Pocket PC boot & they are never unloaded (even when you deactive the particular plugin)
* The uninstaller has to remove the related registry entries (the DLL is however still unloaded from the memory)
* A Soft-reset may be required to finish the process (or) a particular Windows Message has to be posted to reload the today plugins which will release the DLL without requiring a Soft-reset.

Cleaning your Today Screen

* As Today Plugin DLLs are loaded during the Pocket PC boot & they are never unloaded, some times normal Uninstallation process may not uninstall the Today Plugin as the DLL is still in use
* Use Today Plugin Uninstaller in such cases, where developer has to provided a successful uninstallation script.
