I downloaded the programm and with the original rom it worked fine. But now i istalled a light rom on my phone. It is wm6.1 and it doesn't work anymore. I get a nullReferenceException.
Isn't it compatible with wm6.1. I realy want to disable my gprs. Is there an other way to disable. Or to get NoData to work |

If you read the thread you will find that your error means you have no data connection set up. It works fine with 6.1.

HI,
I have downloaded this program for my HTC620 smartphone. I installed it from within the phone, but how do i run it. Thanks Quick, handy little application i've rustled up as i'm off abroad for a few days soon, and don't want to run up a huge GPRS bill.
It lists your GPRS connections, and allows you to disable them so that they won't be used. Disable your connections before you leave, re-enable them when you return - piece of cake with MoDaCo NoData Note that if you get bizarre registry errors on toggling, you need to app unlock your device (e.g. with SDA Application Unlocker). Clicked on setup? You didn't unzip the cab first did you?

I have a Samsung Blackjack 2. I installed Nodata, and it worked, but I can no longer receive MMS messages. I've reenabled all connections, which did not work, and I uninstalled Nodata, and I still cannot send or receive MMS messages. Any thoughts on how to get this going again, as it worked fine before. Thanks!

Hi.
I just installed this, I have: - Internet: Disabled. - MMS Vodafone: Enabled. - Vodafone Live!: Disabled. I can't connect to my wifi (due to the Internet disabled, i bet). If I enable internet, i will probly have access to wifi, yeah, but also to the 3G s**t. Here in Spain ALL the data traffic is expensive (cell wise, of course). Is there any way to just get rid of the damn 3G for good? Or maybe, with some luck, a future version to split wifi traffic and whatever is needed for the 3G Paul? Thanks in advance. |

This has absolutely NOTHING to do with your WiFi not working.

True story.
My bad, my appologies. Dunno wth happened there. Since I installed M2D it's been acting oddly, maybe it has something to do with it. Got it working now. Thanks for the quick reply Confucious |

Glad you got it sorted. Mind you, using a WinMo device without Data? Don't they have any cheap data packages in Spain?

Not that I know of. I can tell you, Im still paying nearly 40euros for a 1mbps connection
Dunno what kind of news you people get around the globe about this country but... this is insane. Hell, we took 18 years to start cooking burgers!! Don't get me wrong, I live in the middle of the forest (hehe), I have 6mbps at work... and I think it's right in the middle of a city. Data transfers here are a ripoff for WinMo. I heard that the Iphone(2) inclued free data transfers up in England, here we dont even have a 10mb limit per month because no one will ever use it. Maybe some random people will, but for sure it's not something common. Could also be different in places like Madrid or Barcelona. I can't tell about those. |

At home I have a 20Mb connection. I get over 1Mb on my phone and can easily down;load 500Mb in a month. I pay <£21/month for up to 900 Mins or 900 MMS or 1800 texts or any combination of the three and upto 3Gb of data.

I'm jealous.
QQ. Adopt me! rofl EDIT: Here for 60mins calls I pay about... 0,06€ iirc, i'd have to look for a bill. That's all we get, anything extra is a backstab. This post has been edited by lordkled: Nov 8 2008, 23:01 |

It's a bit weird but I still get push email with all the nodata options diasbled on my touch Diamond. Has it got some slightly different setup that nodata can't control. If it has it's a real shame as I've been using nodata for ages and it's been brilliant on my Trinity and Touch Dual on both wm5 & 6.
