Just preordered one from Play!
http://www.play.com/PC/PCs/4-/5821035/MSI-...te/Product.html I pondered the Eee 901 too, but went for the Wind because.... - It has the 10" screen but is still compact - 80GB HDD (upgradeable) vs the 20GB SSD in the 901 - Upgradeable RAM - Same Atom chip as the 901, which means 5+ hrs battery life with 6 cell battery. Can't wait! I was tempted by the mininote actually, but the 'unknown' proc and the reported so-so battery life put me off.

Yup, ordered the advent!
I actually prefer the looks. I'm a little worried about whether i'll be able to get a colour matching 6-cell battery, but we'll see! It's just too much cheaper to justify buying the MSI branded one! Due to battery shortages I understand that MSI are shipping ALL winds with 3 cell batteries. I don't know for sure, but I imagine the Advent wouldn't be any different.
