Attached is my "Bouncing Ball" game(!) for SGH-i900 Switch to portrait mode and turn off auto-orientation before starting the program. Put the phone on the table and select "Sensor->Calibrate" if you want some basic auto-calibration, or just hit "Sensor->Turn On" to start the "game" When the ball lays still on the right wall or on the bottom, the ball will continue jumping, but this is not a bug, it's a feature i'm too lazy to change Have fun tilting and swinging your Omnia around. wow, u r the man... any chance you can access the vibrator also?? |

Can ou please tell me/us how you get the sensor working and what files you need for that (dll etc.). there is a link to the source code how to get the sensor working in my first post. Actually you don't need any dll's for accessing the sensor. Some DeviceIoControl calls will do the job. And can you also explain me how to program such a game. What software do you need for? Thanks man. since i'm away from my home computer i'll post the BouncingBall source after a few days. (Visual Studio 2008 C++ Project). any chance you can access the vibrator also?? will try to access vibrator functions when i'm back home. |

That's excellent, wondering if you can do something similar to what they have done for the Diamond. The original thread found at xda. wow that looks nice. will try it next week for omnia. |

Same problem, need some extra components How to?? I have only VS2008 and WM6 SDK Refresh installed on a VirtualBox running XP. Havent tried to open the projects in a former version of VS. Creating an empty c++ project add the .cpp and .h files to the project should work imo. I debugged some apps which use the vibrator to figure out how to access the vibrator. attached is a project which uses the same vibration pattern as in Dice.exe. if anyone finds out what the structure passed to the 2nd parameter of function ImmVibePlayIVTEffectRepeat should be, please share Edit: Also have ActiveSync 4.5... What can adjust the game's Diamond Teeter for the Omnia? i managed to run the game on omnia, but because the resolution is not suitable for it, i can see only about 1/4 of the screen, and the game is not playable. but the tilt sensors and vibration when hitting walls work fine. Edit: Diamon Teeter can be found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=427980 Edit 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yRjBv1ckzwI This post has been edited by speleomaniac: Oct 1 2008, 03:48 |

Yup, this is great! Just tried sensormaze and the lightsaber games and it works fine.
Edit: Just tried "Diamond Beer from http://www.palmtopmagazin.de/software/?a=d...0529&dev=12 " and it works for me, though the graphics are a little off due to VGA res. In case it might help others, I installed CF3.5 and installed the games in My Storage. This post has been edited by PaSSoA: Oct 1 2008, 06:20 -------------------- |

Improved version of the BouncingBall "game".
Folder needs to be copied under \Program Files\. (hardcoded images Tapping screen closes application. Pressing action button does calibration. This post has been edited by speleomaniac: Oct 1 2008, 09:48
