I have had my m600 on orange for over 18 months of its contract so i now want to use my O2 contract sim in it, I have managed to unlock it to be able to use the o2 sim but cant configure the settings correctly for MMS , I have got the internet connecting through the GPRS but then disconnects, so I think I am close but cant send or recieve MMS.
these are the settings i have used: in connections: name : O2UK select a modem : Cellular line (GPRS) access point name : wap.o2.co.uk username : o2wap password : password Domain : (left blank) Proxy settings: this network connects to the internet ticked this network uses a proxy server to connect to the internet ticked proxy server : 193.113.200.195 In messages section, MMS configuration : Servers : Server name : o2 MMS Gateway : 193.113.200.195 port number : 8080 server address : http://mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002 sending size limitation : 100k wap version : WAP 2.0 If anyone has had sucess can you please review what i have done and point me in the right direction This post has been edited by sittingduck: Feb 6 2008, 15:54 |

Sitting Duck,
Did you ever solve your MMS problems with O2. I've recently moved to a SIM-only contract with O2 and have struggled to set up my M600 to send and receive MMS messaged. Cheers, Iain |

Cheers, Iain Get a copy of HTCs Network Setup Wizard. Sets everything up and has worked with all the operators I've tried it with... -------------------- |
