 Need help with uploading a homescreen, To my Moto Q

I have a Moto Q, and I have no Idea how to put a homescreen I made onto my Q.
Could anybody help me? Thanks!

If you are still around.... You need to drop the .tsk files onto the device \Windows\ folder for it to show in the select list.
