Hi, hope someone can point me in the right direction?

My son's SPV C500, currently on an Orange Pay as you Go SIM has lost network connectivity, the display shows either 'Denied, Searching...' or No Service.

I have confirmed the SIM is ok by putting it in my C550 and it picks up the network immediately.

As this is my son's phone, not sure what he may have done, or if in fact it has a real fault.

It has asked once to select O2_UK as I tried to set it to request the network manually, but there was no other network in the list. Could it be that Orange has once again gone to poor signal, I will take the phone for a trip across town tonight to see if I get signal elsewhere and will post an update here tomorrow.

Any Help please... huh.gif

OK, looks like it is the Orange network signal strength that seems to be an issue where I live, phone picks up signal in other locations, so problem resolved.

For info the C500 seems to have a weaker reception capability than the C550.
