 Windows Mobile 6 with no Settings designer..., WM6 doesn't have settings designer...

My Windows Mobile 6 solution doesn't have a Settings designer available. I have .Net 2.0 installed, and I'm using Visual Studio 2005 with the Windows Mobile 6 SDK installed.

How do I get the Settings designer to appear in the Solution | Project | Properties section of the solution explorer?

My solutions that are not Windows Mobile 6 do have the Settings designer in the Properties section of the solution explorer. Has anyone else had this issue and were you able to correct it? if so, how did you correct the issue?
