Looking around for the cheapest place for a TouchHD, devicewire.com seems to be the best bet SIM free, but the cheapest way to get hold of one seems to be at mobiles.co.uk [aff].

Touch HD on Orange Dolphin 30 (100 mins AnyNetwork Anytime + 300 Texts) 12 month contract = £360 + £129.99 initial cost = £489.99...

Not bad?

Well I've just ordered mine from; Mobile phones Direct vodafone over 18months £420, with unlimited web and 500 mins / 100 texts. Seems like a good deal to me.

I beleive the vodafone 'unlimited' has a limit of 500MB, where as the orange 'unlimited' has a limit of 250MB, which was the other deals i was considering, i think the orange would have been £2.50 a month more expensive.

Though, i haven't got the phone from these guys yet, so it is yet to be seen what the customer service is like.

I believe Ebay is the cheapest but you have to do the research to find the best time to buy... currently they are ranging in price from £350 to £480. Most units are Orange Sim locked - which can of course be unlocked for a small fee at many places. (Cheapest unlock I've seen: £10)

£544.99 for a phone though - what are you thinking Expansys??? What is anyone thinking paying that price? (Come to mention it, has anybody seen how much the Sony Xperia X1 is going for?)

Crazy world!
