 Should i upgrade my omnia from XXHH1

Hi all, got my omnia from voda (UK) on thursday.

My current ROM is: PDA:i900XXHH1/ACHH1 Phone:i900BUHG5

Should i upgrade, and to which rom?

[edit] Just found The offical samsung rom update page http://www.samsungmobile.com/promotion/omnia/index.jsp Does anyone know if these roms are in english language?
