 Help cant remove srs wowhd 1.28.5 from phone

i accidentally installed wowhd on my phone and now there's no sound
i tried installing it but its still there help

I'm also unable to remove SRS from my phone. I used Remove Programs, but it fails with an error saying that it was not "completely" removed.

I was I able to get sound back by editing the registry.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\BtA2dpSnd
delete the SRS whatever.dll and change it to bta2dp.dll

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\WaveDev
delete the SRS whatever.dll and change it to wavedev.dll

I had the same problem, but it was the first thing I attempted to install so I just did a hard reset.

Any idea why this isn't working. Maybe it's just my device but I can't live without SRS Wow on my BJII. Even on the outdoor profile none of the ringtones are "loud" they are hardly loud enough to hear when ringing in my pocket, even on outdoor profile...
