 Vodaphone Omnia - Arrived Today

So, this is my first look at the Omnia, it's a Vodaphone branded one SGH-i900V
Pda: i900XXHHD/ACHH3
Phone: i900BUHH2

I have read a gazillion posts on firwmare etc but am very confused.

Can my phone use the latest firmware and if so, what are the step my step instructions for doing so ?

I know it's probably been covered a million time but I cannot see a definitive list anywhere !

Pleasure, I assume like me your shocked at the differences in Voda ROM and the HI ROMs? Seems tenfold more responsive than my original Voda
