Im trying to install Links Golf onto my SPV.
Im running the exe file that links with Active sync and installs onto the phone.
But... I dont have enough space to do this.
I do have a larger storage card though.
Is there any other way that i can install the game via the storage card?

the only way is to delete any thing installed on the phone.. Links is a very big game im afraid..

[EDIT] Now when i think about i remember i once had four cab files, that i could place on the SD card, and run them therefrom, you could check your AC folder after trying to use the exe file, you'll might find them there,.. smile.gif [/EDIT]

it installs to the phone? i dont have links, but doesn't it give you a choice to stick onto the storage or the phone?

when you run the typical exe installer in windows it copies all the relevant cab files to the phone, and runs the installer cab from there

it is the installer cab that lets you choose where to install to - but you have to have enough free space on the phone to fit the installation cabs on in the first place

as Neder said, sometimes you can work out how to move the cab onto the SD card, and run the installer from there, but in general it's better to follow the proper installation method - it's just that in this case that means that the phone has to have a fairly large amount of free space
