Ok, I've had my shinney new E200 for a while now and thoguht I'd sell off my old SPV.

But sadly I can't get in to charge! The charger won't go in right.

Device(s): C550 and JasJar

The connector will not fit correctly?
If so soulds like the connector on the phone has been distorted, I have had this on one of my phones and had to realign the connector.

for non electricians out there - bend and bash it!

I think it will be the two triangle retaining clips that hold the charger in the phone, that will be causing the problem. These should shoot out at 90 degrees from the charger plug.

Thanks,
I'll take another look. I've got it listed on ebay but no bids cause I've had to put down 'might be faulty' .
