Can not make a call

went to use my phone (spv e100) today and found i can not call out

can text both send and recive and also get incoming calls

but i can't call out

called orange (pay as you go) and they said i had to wait 24 hours before they can anything

so anyone got any ideas on what i can try.

have turned it on and off plus removed the battery.

not heard of a phone bug that would cause this, assuming its nothing to do with phone number format etc.

My e100 lost all network coverage for a while, reinstalling the 1.6 update sorted that, it wasnt the same as your problem as you can send texts. Guess you will have to give orange the day...

No it's not number format as i first discoverd it as went to litern to my answer phone message

then treid 150, then home number and so on and it just beeps and cuts out. :evil:

You must have changed to line 2 for outgoing calls.

Try Telephony-Settings-Call options (or press and hold #) to swap lines

Martin your a god, that was it just swapped back and you also answerd my other post with out knowing, as i had posted to ask what the numbers stood for as mine had changed from1 to 2

so know i know....cheers mate
