Have WM2003 installed. Every no and again when i get an incoming call, the phone switches itself to the silent profile after 1 or 2 rings.

Anyone else had this, if so how do I fix this.

I know I can change the silent profile to the same settings as normal, but want a proper solution.

maybe your currently set to the "automatic" profile. click profiles and select normal.

The "automatic" profile switches between "normal" and the "meeting" profile when the calendar indicates that the current time is busy.

Yup. Does this happen every time or only when the calendar has an appointment in it?
