I have got a SPV C500 and cannot transfer files from the phone to my PC. I can get MP3's onto the phone using Windows Media Player but can't get anything from my phone to my PC. When I use ActiveSync to explore my phone (mobile device) it is blank with no files or folders.
Any ideas how to transfer files from the phone to the PC?
Cheers,
Goatface.

What OS are you using? In ActiveSync when you open Explorer up you should see "Mobile Device" Double click on that and you should see your files and folders when you are connected. If you don't there is something wrong.

Good luck
