Unlock button doesn't work! |

When I lock my phone, after a while, I go to unlock it and find that the # button doesn't work. I am brought back to the homescreen and the unlock notification is still there.
Seems like a problem when I leave it locked for some time. Any ideas. Incidentally, I have to pop the cover and take out the battery for a couple seconds to restart again. out |

I have this same problem once every few days. Never once touched that PhoneLock section of my phone. I can go for days on end with no problems and then one day it poops out.

Must be a fault with c500 phone- same problem for me- need to take out battery to re set. won't let u unlock phone, screen frozzen/ like a pc crash

I was using an earlier version of the SmartMonitor plugin and it's memory leaks caused the unlocking process to fail. Maybe you have something similar. Any unstable apps running?

I was thinking that it was a funky app installed. I have the smartmonitor app, oxios task and rjshortcut plugin running on my current homescreen.
Any problems with these apps before I hard reset? :shock: |

make sure you are using the LATEST SmartMonitor plugin. Delete the old one. Start and shutdown your phone. Install the new one. That's probably the one causing your headaches.

We are definately on to something here. I have both the SmartMonitor and the RJShorcut plugins. I have been watching memory all day long go up and up. I am running version 0.9.5.0 which I see is one off. I will have to try the new one.

it also does it to mine from time to time. if you press some of the other buttons it then gives you the press unlock then # message, after a few attempts the unlock button then works. Well it does that for mine anyway!!
