Yep

Go to Setting/Profile then select menu and edit for the profile you want tu use and in there you have the option to select ring, vibrate or ring AND vibrate.

Thats what I use biggrin.gif

especially when they hide the simplest things deep into the settings menu's. I think MS seriously need to look at the useability of their OS, the settings pages are a mess. Not every user will be proficient PC users who are used to strange settings being in strange places.
