 M1000 backpack - some advice?

Hi, I've just ordered an M1000 from Orange to replace my iPAQ 3870 - I'm thinking of getting a backpack so I can use my existing CF cards I currently use via an adaptor jacket with the iPAQ.

Am I right in thinking that an XDA2 backpack is fully compatible with the m1000?

Is the camera obscured when the backpack is fitted?

How do people rate the backpack's performance?
