The iQue M5 has a 416 MHz Intel XScale PXA 272 processor, 64 MB RAM, 64 MB ROM, 3.5” QVGA 240x320x65K LCD screen, SDIO slot, Bluetooth interface. A peculiar feature about it is the built-in GPS receiver.
The device comes with maps and Garmin Que navigation applications. A Li-Ion battery capacious of 1250 mAh provides 7 hours of PDA/GPS work. We expect the iQue M5 in retail in January, in the US the price is about $750.

Looks suprisingly similar to the Mitac GPS device...
