Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help me.

A colleague of mine ordered a DVD from this website on the 17th of December and still hasn't received it. He has tried emailing them numerous times and gets no reply and everytime he tried ringing it comes up engaged.

Has anyone else had any success/failures with this website?
