 Urget help: hard reset

I just hard resetted my Mio 8390 and now everything is in Chinese (menus and all)
How I return it back to English?

Please help

the phone suddenly turn back to english
after i used activesync and rebooted

very strange ...
but all good

I love my phone

Go to start -> 6 settings -> 9 more... -> 4 regional settings -> press right or left d-pad tongue.gif and restart phone biggrin.gif don't forget to change de locate smile.gif
