How are you connected to the internet? You need either WiFi or GPRS to get internet access.

You need to make sure that internet passthrough is activated in activesync for it to work. Go options, rules and select "The Internet" for the passthrough to work. That is how i did it will my old ipaq 2210 that had only bluetooth (couldnt afford a wifi card at the time).

I find that occasionaly my active sync connection goes funny and will pseudo load some pages. The first signs of it going iffy are that it wont load the pictures, then it'l say page not found. Usually requires a disconnect from active sync then reconnect again.

I always found internet over activesync dodgy, it worked, but being about 3m from my laptop made it a bit silly. Only WiFi, or GPRS when out, is useful I have found for internet.
