What is the maximum Mini-SD capacity that the C500 will support? Will it be wise or not to buy a 512 MB card?

Thanks!

I use a 1gb mini-SD in my C500 without problem.
The upper limit is going to be far higher than this

I use a 250 MB card and I find it quite sufficient. Of course, if you want to watch movies you should go higher. Me, I watch movies on my Palm as it has a bigger screen.

BTW, from your nickname it looks like you are Romanian. Is that correct?

Cheers,

Paul.

1gb is the best in the market today.

the question is where are you going to buy? co'z all of them is pre order
you can buy it here if you want to. but i have no idea when is it going to be available, think anytime this month.

i'm going to buy one too, i'm using 512mb now.

need more memory.

Have no idea if the price is updated. Korean Site says its 142,000 ? I wonder how much that costs (in PhP).

Buy the biggest you can get / afford. At the moment 512Mb cards are good value as the 1Gb cards are new and still in short supply and at a premium price.

I was only able to find a 256 MB, but i'm happy with it! (Mini-SD are not so easy to find in Romania). I could buy a 512 MB, but i had to wait 2 weeks for it..

Thanks everyone for your suggestions!

Hi Ciudatelu...le ! tongue.gif

I don't you will find a bigger miniSD here close to you.
I will get a 256MB miniSD from US. I think will be enough.
So, if you have a friend in US, you can ask him to buy for you and bring it to you.
I bought mine with 30$ with SD adaptor included. I think is a fair price.

Best,
V.

Super !
As soon as I get the 256MB card, I will try some movies.
Anyway, I am curious, does the battery lasts enough to see a full movie ?
And by the way, how long it last with mp3 player on ?

Thanks !
V.

That's bloody expensive
In UK a 256MB Mini SD is £19.06, which is 1,004,290.46 lei, less than half the price in Carrefour! And you get free home delivery!

It lasts maybe for about two movies.
About mp3... I haven't run a test on this, but I'm pretty sure it's more than 4...5 hours.
