 C500 ROM ON E200 PHONE!

Can anyone tell me the technical reasons that a c500 rom will not run on a e200 phone? The phone specs are not hugely different and the roms are not THAT different either!!!! :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

I'll do what I please and the response was in answer to a ridiculous question. Without even searching I've seen in a dozen different places that they're not the same thing, they're not the same hardware and the roms can't be interchanged. Why should anyone waste their time compiling a list of all the differences between the two phones especially when, quite possibly, no one really knows or cares except the manufacturer? It's obviously not that important or you would have done the work yourself and not posted it under yet another misleading title, all caps again, as usual. Done.

Firstly lets all calm down.

Its not possible for many reasons, the main ones being the lack of memory on the e200 and the hardware differences which, without rewriting drivers, could leave you with a useless phone.

There is no point in members posting with unhelpful responces, the time which is put into that responce would be more than enought to answer the original question.

In saying that this has been discussed many times before, so if you want more info on why it wouldnt would use the search.
