 New Phone locks

Just brought a second hand spv e200, when i turn it on with my sim in, it comes up with "network is locked please insert unlock code" and also "sim locked, please insert unlock code"

what are these locks???

it means its sim locked to one network - probably orange. you need to unlock the phone. do a search on this forum to see how!
