I own the C500. Is there a way of deleting all my contacts in one go, rather than one by one? I should mention that my contacts are stored on the phone's memory and not on the sim card.

Thanks.

Device(s): C550 I know its old

It is possible, what you have to do is delete all the contacts in Outlook then sync the phone making sure the rules are replace on phone etc and your contacts will be gone.
Once you do that then unplug the phone and in Outlook click on Edit\Undo Delete and your contacts in outlook will reappear biggrin.gif

Thanks, but is there a way to do it directly on the phone itself?

Go to Accessories and Sim Manager. Then Menu and select all / Menu delete all and hey presto, they vanish

Cheers

That only deletes the contacts on the SIM and not those on the phone.
