My SPV C500 has been working fine, left on charge over night and working this morning no problem. I've just pulled it out of my pocket and it is completely dead, won't respond in any way. I have tried taking the battery, sim, and sd card out & plugging it in both via the mains and the computer and nothing is happening.

I'm off on holiday tomorrow and need it to be working, any suggestions anyone.

Remove the battery and leave it out for a couple of hours and then try again. I just remember this from a couple of posts when people had the same problem.

Did you charge the battery overnight using the charger or USB cable ?

Is your phone insured with Orange ? It might be worth contacting Orange CS and arranging a replacement for delivery first thing just in case your phone won't recover although it might be a problem if you are going on holiday sad.gif
