my sp3i is restarting everytime... wen i turn on the phone, sp3i restart and restart without stop sad.gif i need help...

what to do???

wen i turn on my phone, before of it insert the pin, appears that message "it is not possivel execute autoprof.exe". in top of screen says: notification error. sometimes i enter in the phone but 0.5 +/- seconds later the phone restar
successively.
why that happens??
i need help...

Go to www.imate.com and register your phone using its IMEI. This will give you access to i-mate's support etc. There you can go to ROM upgrades and download the latest firmware. Or else I have it here it's 10MB in size zipped smile.gif Let me know if you want it

no thanks i have it.
but i can´t instal it , because mobile is restarting constantly, in pc that says: connect your device, if mobile turn on without restart i can update, can´t be connect because mobile is restarting constantly...
did you understand my prolem ???

Have you tried resetting the phone by holding down both soft keys as it is turning off and on? If it works properly you will get an option to reset the phone to its default state.
