Hi guys! I just wanted to know if theres an application that will change your voice or somethin while you talk, lol it would be pretty kool - for legitimate purposes of course..

Anyway, Microsoft have designed smartphones so 3rd party software cannot run while in a phone call, for security reasons. Therefore it'd only be possible to do it out of a call...

So is there an app like this for the computer? I know macs have a built in text to voice program, so something like that but changes YOUR voice. |
