You cannot as it's in the main Windows folder. All items in this folder get rewritten on every reboot of the phone.

Because I use mpx200 wm2003 chinese version.
My mpx200 is orange version.
so my mpx200's rom is too few.

Explore to \Storage\Windows\Start Menu and delete the shortcut, that won't help your space at all though...
