Hi everyone, great forum.
My 3 week old c500 is beginning to lose the screen, most of the time it starts with it completely white, other times i can see the homescreen then it fades out until it's white. Everything works ok (recive calls etc) but my screens blank.
Anyone heard of this?
Whats the fix?
Is it a phone or software fault?

btw, it hasnt been dropped or damaged in anyway!

Sounds like a hardware fault with a dodgy connection.
You can try a hard reset but personally I would send it back under
warranty for repair\replacement

It sounds knackered to me. Send it back and get a shiney new one.
