How can I add new folders in the Inbox

If you mean for storing email then you need to create them in Outlook.

If I want to store the sent and received SMSs as per specific group of people or subject.Is it possible to create folders within the Inbox. My Nokia6600 had this facility. |

Sadly that is a feature that Smartphones lack.
