Device(s): spv m2000

Lets work on the basis I know nothing.
I've just got the SPV M2000 and Wanadoo LiveBox Wireless Broadband in the same week. Orange say they won't give advice on Wifi and Wanadoo say they don't give advice on 3rd party machines!
So, according to the SPV, it knows about the wireless connection and even says it's connected.
But every internet site I load it says it's not available.
Clearly the settings are wrong.
Can someone please tell me, as if speaking to a 3 year old, what to do.

Thanks

Are you ABSOLUTELY sure you're connected to the router???

Sometimes it looks like you are, but in fact you're not.

Try ActiveSynching through your PC and if you can browse that way, then it's your wi-fi connection.

have you added the mac address of your M2000 to your router? this will ensurethat the router allows your m2000 access to the internet.
