go to
HKLM/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Control/Power/Activity Timers/User Activity/Timeout

the orignal value is "2"
this means the backlight is "on" for 4 second

change it to any value you like
3=6sec
4=8sec
5=10sec


and so on
