 spv c500 buttons, volume,green &red buttons not working!

the up and down volume buttons on the side of my spv c500 and the 2 big red n green call buttons r not working! sumtimes they jerk in2 life but its really annoying. its annoying to lock and make and hang up calls. is this just beacause my phone has been knocked about 2 many times?or is ther a solution? has any1 els experienced this problem! and also the previous post about getting dust out by hoover is on my mind! how?? help plz. much apreciated

my problem still stands. is it a physical problem with the buttons or is there a fault inside my phone? i cant hear music when i want to listen 2 it because the volume is stuck near the bottom. can any1 help?!?! sad.gif it is reeeeaaaallllyyy bugging me now!
