 Orange C500 - how to configure the SMSC?, Account Setup can't edit 'Text Messages'

Got an app unlocked, SIM unlocked (for free!) C500 on Orange.

For a while I've wondered how to set up the SMSC on this phone. Previous phones have have the setting listed in the Text Message setup screen. On this phone, I cannot find anywhere how to set the SMSC. I'd have thought it would have been under "Account Setup" options - but whilst for "Media Messages" + "Outlook E-Mail" I can edit the settings, for "Text Messages" the Edit option is greyed out.

Any ideas where to set the SMSC? (More out of curiosity than necessity)

SMS (Service) Center and like what Dean123 pointed, its under Settings > Phone > Call Options.
