Ok well I recently unlocked my c500 and have switched to o2.

I dunno if anyone else has tried this or are having the same problems but:

With Orange they add "RCT" infront of text messages to recieve message reports, I thought there must be a registry entry for this so I can change that to *0# for o2's message reports. Everytime I search the registry for "RCT" my phone reboots itself.

Does anyone else have this problem? or is there allready a CAB file about to patch this?

Why not just turn on the Delivery Notification option on the phone?

If you're not sure where this is (I wasn't when I first got the phone), go into your SMS inbox, then select menu, options, sending. One of the options is to switch on delivery receipts.

Incidentally, the RCT thing is part of the Orange network rather than a phone thing, so I don't think it'll be in the registry anywhere. Orange just notice if that's the first three letters of the message and ping a receipt back.
