Iv been cruising around the site and noticed there are skins for the C500 " http://www.modaco.com/index.php?act=dscrip...details&f_id=17 " If i wanted that, where do i extract the CAB file? sorry if i sound like a total idiot but i have only used my phone for ringing people... and now feel its time to jazz it up! Thanks

You don't extract most cab files on smartphones. Cab files are installers for WM2003. Copy the file onto the phone somewhere (it doesn't really matter where as it will delete it) and use file manager to browse to the file and open it. It should automatically ask you where you want to install it and that's about it.

Some files won't install unless you have an application unlocked phone though - homescreens and the like will be OK though.

i tried to install http://www.modaco.com/index.php?act=dscrip...etails&f_id=629

And it started to install then it said instalation failed. the program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have adequate system permissions?

How can i fix this?

You will need to application unlock your phone.
Have a look at the Sticky post in the section called Quick Links there is a link to the Orange developers site that will help you out smile.gif
