 Choppy Video, Choppy Video on c500

I have found that when I playback a video clip that I have recorded on the C500, the playback is very choppy and jerky.

I have made sure there are no other applications running, but this does not help.

Any suggestions?

i suspect its not the playback that is the problem but the actual recording. its not brill... tried a re-boot?
