How do you prevent the M500 from automatically briefly displaying an incoming text message.

thanks

I think he means as soon as he recieves a text that it automatically opens onto his screen. Therefore interupting whatever he is doing.

Im not sure if im correct though?

Lol Im having pictures of you recieving a "private" text at work. If your collegues really are so nosy enough to read it then that can be annoying. But then again if I saw a "private" text message on someones phone next to me Id have a quick glance wink.gif

All I can say until someone with more knowlege posts is put a sticker on your phone says "OI HANDS OFF BUDDY" Or just keeping it in your pocket all the time.

Good luck

- Max

In settings>sounds¬ifications>notifications>event[messaging: New text message]

untick Display message on screen

That should do the trick.

I've been worried a bit, when mum borrows my phone for BigBrother... (>.>)
