Hi
Just curious, is there any way to also use the slideout keyboard as a phone pad, in portrait mode? i.e. pull it out, stay in portrait, type in the phone number, close it again and call. would be quick and handy -------------------- |

It would be but all the numbers would be sideways. Best thing I've found is to pop a screen protector on and get the fingers on the screen. All the numbers I ring are in Contacts so it doesn't make much difference to me

This worked for me too, its also worth investigating the voice dial facility - this is probably the first phone I've had where the voice dialing works consistantly without selecting random contacts when I try and use it.

Completely agree, the voicedial is the first one that I have found it is really coming into it's own, that and you can link it to program activation as well. Only downside is I can't get mine to link a voice tag to the memory program for when I need to clear it out. -------------------- Interesting Times
