Device(s): i-mate sp5

Hi,

Just wonderd if anybody can comment on the i-mate sp5(m) devices...

Which do you prefer and why?

How advantageous are the music button?

Haveing real difficulty in deciding and would like to put order in for sp5m before 4pm today if that's the one to go for.

Many thanks

i have the SP5m

it feels solid, and it looks less shiny than in the photo - more of a matt grey/steel finish - very nice

i personally do not like shiny black devices as it shows face grease a bit too much !!!!!

the 5m is a very nice phone.......... i went with it as it looks more 'phone'ish

i think you'll like it.............

Handled the new T-Mobile SDA II today, which bizarely uses the exact same case as the SP5m despite only being HTC Hurricane (SPV C550) hardware, I found the alpha numeric buttons far too small. I'd go for the SP5 but then I don't need media player buttons.

Thanks guys.

Well I decided to go for the sp5 over the sp5m as it looked more business like overall.

I'll be using the keypad more than the music buttons so I think the bigger buttons will be better for me.

Ordered it from mobilefun and expecting delivery this monring.

Have fun with it, both are superb phones.
