Welcome to the site
What do you actually need the connector pinouts for? If you are after SIM unlocking your phone have a look at the old method used here. http://www.modaco.com/Remove_the_simlock_o...0_-t101980.html Moved to the Canary\Tanager section -------------------- Smartphone and PocketPC History

It's not easy to make a usb connector yourself and the plugs are not easy or cheap from what I understand.
You can still buy the cables from places such as those below. http://shopforphones.mobiles.co.uk/orange-...ccessories.html http://www.gomadic.com/gomadic-new/qtek-70...-usb-cable.html -------------------- Smartphone and PocketPC History

Took me a while to dig out the pinouts as I've not played with a tanager phone for a while now.
The connections for a standard USB cable are as follows, Red -> V_ADP, pins 20, 21 and 22 also pin 13 Red -> USB_VDD, pin 13 Black -> GND, pins 16, 17 and 18 Green -> UDC+, pin 14 White -> UDC-, pin 15 Thanks to aikon for posting this back in 2003 -------------------- Smartphone and PocketPC History
