What do you actually need the connector pinouts for?
If you are after SIM unlocking your phone have a look at the old method used here.

It's not easy to make a usb connector yourself and the plugs are not easy or cheap from what I understand.
You can still buy the cables from places such as those below.

thanx very much bro for links smile.gif in my region problems with shiping products from other contry

usb interface very easy need only 4 pins (: (power gnd rx tx), now I search service manual for detecting pinouts there.

Took me a while to dig out the pinouts as I've not played with a tanager phone for a while now.

The connections for a standard USB cable are as follows,

Red -> V_ADP, pins 20, 21 and 22 also pin 13
Red -> USB_VDD, pin 13
Black -> GND, pins 16, 17 and 18
Green -> UDC+, pin 14
White -> UDC-, pin 15
