lmao - it hasnt been discontinued at all - I tell you what, some CSRs dont even know the difference between the M500 and the M5000.
We have 10 M5000s in the cage at work waiting for customers to buy, so if you're near the Lichfield Orange Shop, come and see me smile.gif

After been given the run around since October I managed to pry an M5000 out of Orange in January. They haven't been discontinued. Ask to talk to Retentions, they have more power and seem to be more clued in that your average call centre employee...

I asked Orange Business support this afternoon and the response was that the M5000 is very much around, but for Business only. Suggest Business Sales.

The M5000 is not for business only.

It is available in at least 3 stores locally to me, for personal as well as business customers. I've got one on my personal account and have had one since the day they were released.

I got one last week, as a personal account upgrade (at a price!!!). I had been asking the same questions and as usual the sales guys didn't have any idea as to

when it would be in or out of stock. "Just keep watching the website" was the best they could offer. It came in to stock on the web, I phoned and got it, 2 days later it's out of stock again!

I guess some one needs to fix the buying department!

Hugh

PS - It's great! laugh.gif
