Device(s): MDA3

Hi all,

Wonder if anyone can enlighten me re Blackberry on a MDA3?

I have just updated my firmware on a Tmobile MDA3 - unlocked on all networks.
Noticed a Blackberry client available and installed this at work.

We have a Blackberry Enterprise server at work and have got the Admin to create me a Blackberry account.

Plugged in the MDA on a laptop, ran the client and it got a PIN code, which is logged on the BES server - however the Server only sees the device as initialising..
When i used different SIM cards, I got "connection blocked messages" on Instant mail on the Taskbar (on MDA3)...

Plugged in a SIM from a working "proper" blackberry device and I got further it said connected.. however MDA3 wont receive any emails..and any sent from it are never receved.

Has anyone managed to get this working? any help/assist/ideas much appreciated..

Tried google and found a PDF which looks like it might help but its in German.. sad.gif

Thanks

I had a similar problem with o2, turned out the network provider has to do something to your sim to make it work with blackberry.

Sorry, not sure what but might be worth giving them a ring and seeing if you can get through to somebody who knows what they are talking about.
