Can someone please help me?

I have got a 512mb mini SD card for my SPV C500 phone and have put Tom Tom Mobile 5 onto it, but the phone does not recongise the software and install it.

My understanding is that the phone should look for the Autorun.exe file and run it to install the application, but it doesn't. Even when I navigate to the Autorun.exe file manually it does not do anything.

Looking on various forums I hear that I may need something called a "Traffic Plug-In" to make the software work, but I don't know what this is or where to find it.

Can you help??

Rich

Get the Traffic plug in from www.tomtom.com. The plug in is free. You do not have to subscribe to Traffic.

You dont install TomTom. You just copy it onto the SD Card and put it in your phone.

When you switch on your phone it should be on the start menu already (third screen on mine)

If you can't see it on the start menu, use file manager to explore onto the SD Card and run the TomTom executable (I think it is called TT Mobile.exe).

I haven't installed any Trafic Plugins on mine

Traffic plugin was only needed for the first release and not TomTom Mobile 5
