I've replaced my silver chassis, with a black one from the silver spv c500 phone.

The result:

I'm very satisfied with it smile.gif

And what's your opinion about it ?

I'd have to say that's a nice job. It's different enough that you, and other C500 owners, know it's different, but not enough to make it look like a nasty home-done job.

Personally, I prefer the standard look, but if the stealth-look is your thing, I think you've done the best job I've seen there mate.

Well done. smile.gif

--------------------
I love deadlines.

I especially like the noise they make as they go whooshing by!

Current toy: HTC Touch Pro with 8Gb card and standard ROM (won't be standard for long!)
Other toys: Qtek 8500 in pink running WM6.1 (10 year old stepson's phone), SPV C500 running WM6.1 (for when one of us needs something smaller)
Sold on ebay over the years: MDA Vario 3 (Kaiser), MDA Vario 2 (Hermes), SPV M500 (Magician), SPV (Canary) - only the Canary wasn't flashed to within an inch of it's life!

Thank you very much smile.gif

Yeah I always love devices which are completely black, such as the iMate JAMin, which is also very very nice smile.gif.

That is really nice!! Although I think I still prefer the more executive look of my silver C500.

Same as the C500 Fluffcat1 was kind enough to do for me but mine is the Audiovox front case. The all black Typhoon looks great! biggrin.gif

Wow that looks great!!!

I love black so I like what you did.
but how did you do it?.

I told my girlfriend that I'd paint mine pink and give her my c500 as I have a MDA Vario now. she loves the idea but I have no clue as to how to paint it the best way.

could you tell me/us the steps you followed when painting you phone?

DOOOH!!!!!!!

Yeah I know I'm an idiot.
Should pay more attention to what I read.

But still. Does anybody know a good way to paint a c500?
(or if there is a pink/purple cover available)
